The Filipino Fiesta, Iowa’s largest Filipino cultural festival, is powered almost entirely by volunteers. Join our volunteer team for a shift and experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of the Philippines. Help us welcome more than 3,000 guests to enjoy authentic food, live music, traditional dance, cultural displays, and family-friendly fun!

After your shift, you’re encouraged to enjoy the festival for free with your family and friends. All volunteers will also receive an exclusive Filipino Fiesta volunteer shirt as a token of our appreciation.

We welcome all types of volunteers:

• Day-of volunteers to assist with set-up, guest services, food vendors, activities, and clean-up

• Planning committee members to help shape an amazing event behind the scenes

• Group volunteers—businesses, schools, and organizations—looking for team-building opportunities with community impact​
